            Czech general paediatricians can get involved in this ongoing survey study.


            Dear colleague,


            We would like to ask you for your help with mapping the current situation in the use of an
            drugs in the Czech Republic in children under the age of three. The information obtained i
            will later be used as one of the reference materials for planned studies and the results w

            in a Czech journal for paediatricians.
            Thank you very much for taking the time to complete the survey. It can be downloaded from

            can choose one of the following options for signing it and sending it back to us:
